RED WINES is made by stems & seeds of red and black grapes. When the wine is prepared in such a way that it produces carbon dioxide, it is known as sparkling wine.
WHITE WINES are made from grape juice and grape skin of green, gold or yellowish colored grapes or from just the juice, and not the skin of select red grapes.
